Job Purpose:
The Admin Officer is responsible for overseeing and streamlining all administrative functions of the organization, including HR support, procurement activities, office management, and inventory control. The role ensures that all administrative systems and processes operate efficiently, align with organizational goals, and support day-to-day business functions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Administration, Management, or related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, including team leadership and cross-functional coordination.
* Understanding of HR processes, procurement practices, and inventory management.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP or inventory software is a plus.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
