• Coordinate staff travel, official movements, and logistical support in line with company policies.
• Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, consumables, and service contracts within approved budgets.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff to ensure cleanliness and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of office premises, utilities, furniture, and IT equipment.
• Administer vehicle fleet operations including maintenance, documentation, and rental arrangements.
• Organize logistics for internal and external events, meetings, and seminars.
• Process bills, reimbursements, and vendor payments with complete documentation and verification.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor utility usage, and ensure compliance with administrative procedures

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field)
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in office administration or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of procurement, facility operations, and vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Office and administrative documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
