Description:

Pizza Bistro, a growing name in Karachi’s food and hospitality industry, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support and streamline day-to-day operations at our DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial location.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. As an Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in keeping the business operations running smoothly through effective coordination, document handling, and communication with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage office files, supplies, and scheduling systems.

  • Efficiently coordinate and communicate with multiple internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, prepare reports, and perform general office duties.

  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping for all administrative activities.

  • Support senior staff with logistics, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.

  • Manage inventory and oversee office equipment and supply needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day office demands independently.

  • A proactive, dependable, and professional attitude.
