Description:
Pizza Bistro, a growing name in Karachi’s food and hospitality industry, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support and streamline day-to-day operations at our DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial location.
This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. As an Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in keeping the business operations running smoothly through effective coordination, document handling, and communication with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage office files, supplies, and scheduling systems.
Efficiently coordinate and communicate with multiple internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, prepare reports, and perform general office duties.
Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping for all administrative activities.
Support senior staff with logistics, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
Manage inventory and oversee office equipment and supply needs.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day office demands independently.
A proactive, dependable, and professional attitude.
