Admin Officer

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our team. The role involves managing the academic activities of students, including the assignment and collection of coursework, maintaining academic records, facilitating communication between students and instructors, and addressing student concerns to ensure a seamless learning experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign assignments, quizzes, and projects to students according to the course schedule and instructor guidelines.
  • Collect student submissions in a timely manner and ensure they are forwarded to the appropriate instructors for evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate and updated marksheets and performance records for all students.
  • Coordinate closely with instructors to track grading and feedback timelines.
  • Regularly gather and document student feedback and reviews regarding their learning experience.
  • Address and resolve student queries, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to academic coordination processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other administrative tools.
  • A student-focused, problem-solving approach.
  • Previous experience in an academic or educational setting will be an advantage.
