Required Skills

  • Master Degree or at least Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong Research and Communication Skills.
  • Proficiency in English speaking
  • Experienced working with Microsoft Office
  • At least 2+years of working experience in office preferable in educational or immigration office.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • To deal with the client’s request and provide detailed information regarding tourism/immigration procedures, requirements and options.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Answer client inquiries via phone, email, online portal or in person, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and consultations with clients to achieve target based online sales for the company.
  • Maintain a tracking system to monitor the status of client cases and applications for operational assistance.
  • Perform Research and record updates on immigration laws, regulations and policies to provide and advice to clients.
  • Manage basic level of account entries and petty cash for administration tasks.
  • Actively participate in the weekly meetings for updates and collaboration.
  • Complete daily/weekly tasks as provided by the management.
