Admin Officer

 

Description:

We are currently hiring for multiple roles in our Admin Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Maintain office supplies by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Petty cash management.

Manage Admin / Purchasing databases and filing systems.

Process Quotations, Invoices, and Purchase Orders. (Purchase management)

Coordinate employee training and development programs, ensuring employees have access to relevant learning opportunities.

Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Plan meetings and consolidate detailed records of the same

Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Reporting and management capabilities

Skilled in Microsoft Office tools

Track record of managing existing processes and organizing tasks

Problem-Solving skills to ensure timely completion of tasks

Good Verbal and written communication

A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in corporate setting is must for these positions.
