Admin Intern

 

Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Intern to support day-to-day office administration, facility coordination, and assist HR, IT, and other departments. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in administrative operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Office & Facility Support

Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization

Support supervision of housekeeping staff

Help manage pantry services and vendor coordination

Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement

Coordinate with external service providers

  • Vendor Coordination

Maintain vendor records and contact details

Coordinate with vendors for routine services

Track service delivery and report issues

  • Asset & Inventory Support

Maintain records of assets and inventory

Support issuance and return of assets

Coordinate with HR and IT for tracking

  • Travel, Logistics & Event Support

Assist in travel arrangements and bookings

Support meetings, events, and engagement activities

Help organize office events

  • Administrative & ERP Support

Assist in maintaining data in Frappe ERP system

Support data entry, reporting, and record management

Provide administrative support to HR and Finance

  • Compliance & Recordkeeping

Maintain proper filing and documentation

Support during audits

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration or a related field
  • Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Frappe ERP or any ERP system
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and grow
