Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage conference calls
  • Liaise with doctors and book appointments
  • Maintain accurate schedules and records
  • Support smooth workflow operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative or healthcare roles, preferably involving scheduling and call management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (Outlook, Zoom, Teams)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
