Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & IT Executive to manage day-to-day office administration while ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of our office environment, providing administrative support to management and staff, while also maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and organized environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management.
- Assist HR in onboarding/offboarding employees (equipment handover, ID setup, etc.).
- Support management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other admin tasks.
IT Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain office IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, routers, projectors, etc.).
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware/software/network issues.
- Monitor and maintain office internet and server performance.
- Ensure IT security protocols are implemented and followed (antivirus, backups, access control).
- Manage email, software licensing, and IT asset inventory.
- Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers for upgrades, troubleshooting, and procurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in administration and IT support (preferably in a corporate environment).
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and other business tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
