Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with high school students using our AI-guided platform, focusing on ACT subject areas.

Engage students through interactive learning elements like quizzes, flashcards, and problem-solving exercises.

Monitor and track student progress, providing detailed reports on their strengths and areas for improvement.

Adjust study plans in real-time based on student performance, ensuring efficient and effective learning.

Help students master a wide range of question types and difficulties, providing a comprehensive preparation experience.

Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and tailor instruction accordingly.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Provide feedback and strategies for test-taking.

Qualifications:

Have scored 32+ on the ACT or 1500+ on SAT

Proficient in English

Excellent Internet

Deep understanding of ACT content areas: English, Math, Reading, Science, and Writing.

Prior experience in teaching or tutoring, specifically for ACT or standardized tests.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings.
