Accounts Receivable Executive

Description:

LDP Logistics Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts receivable operations
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate payment records and reconciliations
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment matters
- Prepare receivable reports and aging summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
- Basic understanding of accounting and receivable processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work in evening/night shift
