Description:
Transpotech is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive with strong financial acumen and excellent spoken English to manage customer invoicing, payment collections, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling client interactions professionally, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send invoices to customers while ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Professionally communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve billing disputes and payment delays.
- Maintain updated records of transactions, payment history, and account statuses.
- Reconcile customer accounts and process adjustments where necessary.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, including aging reports and collection forecasts.
- Assist in month-end financial closings and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a relevant degree.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or financial management.
- Excellent spoken and written English – must be able to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with US accounting standards is a plus.
