Description:

PRG Pakistan is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AR Executive - Cardiovascular to join its Lahore office. This role involves managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and optimizing revenue collection. The ideal candidate should be experienced in medical billing, claims follow-up, and denial management.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Follow up on claims and outstanding payments to ensure timely reimbursements.
🔹 Investigate denials and payment discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
🔹 Verify insurance benefits and patient eligibility for cardiovascular services.
🔹 Maintain accurate financial records and generate detailed reports.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers to enhance billing efficiency.

Requirements:

✔ 6 months to 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (Cardiovascular specialty preferred).
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✔ Strong communication, research, and reporting skills.
✔ Sharp analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
✔ Proactive mindset with a commitment to learning and process improvement.
