Accounts Payable Specialist

YourStaffers is a dynamic and growing company specializing in property business. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position requiring availability during EST working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Efficiently process invoices using Stampli or Intacct software.
• Payment Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors, adhering to payment schedules.
• Vendor Communication: Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any payment-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 of experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in Stampli and/or Intacct software.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
