💼 Job Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain day-to-day financial records and ledgers
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Generate monthly financial reports
  • Manage inventory records related to furniture sales and purchases
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting

 

📋 Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting (preferably in a retail or furniture business)
  • Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or ERP systems (Odoo will be preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Must be resident nearby areas of office location
