💼 Job Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day financial records and ledgers
- Handle accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Generate monthly financial reports
- Manage inventory records related to furniture sales and purchases
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting (preferably in a retail or furniture business)
- Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or ERP systems (Odoo will be preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Must be resident nearby areas of office location
