Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain daily financial records and reports, ensuring timely and precise data entry.

• Handle invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations.

• Ensure tax compliance by keeping up to date with financial regulations and contributing to accurate reporting.

• Maintain financial accuracy across all transactions and ledgers.

• Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve financial queries, confirm payment statuses, and maintain healthy working relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar accounting or finance role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other accounting software is a must.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
