Accounts Officer

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial processing, maintaining proper records, and supporting accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely processing and tracking of factory area rent, property management fees, and utility bills, ensuring proper documentation flow and updating relevant ledgers.

  • Issuing sales invoices on a monthly basis, overseeing the entire process from issuance to stamping, signing, and mailing, while maintaining separate invoice records based on entity and tax rate.

  • Recording and updating the purchase input invoices in the ledger on a monthly basis.

  • Registering customs data for all companies each month, updating ledger data, and promptly reporting any anomalies found in the customs system.

  • Organizing monthly bank reconciliation data and ensuring proper archiving.

  • Conducting end-of-period inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory ledgers.

  • Organizing and archiving supporting documents for accounting records.

  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in office software.

  • Knowledge of federal and local tax regulations (a plus).

  • Strong logical thinking skills.

  • Ability to accept feedback with an open mind and complete tasks on time.
