𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, payroll data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking. The role involves operating C Store Office Software, verifying financial records, preparing sales and purchase reports, and ensuring accurate documentation for month-end and year-end reporting.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Operating C Store Office Software
* Reconciling daily banking transactions
* Maintaining and verifying credit card reports
* Entering and reviewing gasoline invoices
* Verifying daily cash reconciliation for over/short
* Data entry for employee payroll
* Reviewing, analyzing, and recording transactions for Accounts Payables and Receivables
* Reviewing store shift reports daily
* Checking vendor invoices for overcharges
* Preparing sales and purchase reports across merchandise departments
* Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly expenses and merchandise invoices
* Assisting in month-end and year-end financial reports
