Description:
Al Rehman Developers is seeking a strategic, highly qualified, and results-driven Accounts Manager to oversee our financial management, accounting operations, and project reporting. This leadership position is open at our Lahore Base locations. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, leading the accounting team, and maintaining total control over project budgets and financial integrity across our real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership: Lead the accounting team, manage financial reporting, and oversee the complete ledger, trial balances, and financial statements.
- Strategic Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop, monitor, and analyze project budgets, tracking financial variances and implementing strategies to optimize costs.
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Direct daily cash flow activities, manage treasury operations, and deliver accurate financial forecasts to executive management.
- Audits & Regulatory Compliance: Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring strict compliance with local tax regulations, income tax withholdings, and sales tax laws.
- Payables & Receivables Supervision: Oversee vendor payments, subcontractor billing, client collection strategies, and liquidity management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Qualification: CA Finalist (with completed 3.5 years of mandatory articleship / training from a reputed audit firm).
- Experience: 3–5+ years of post-articleship progressive financial and accounting experience (real estate or construction sector experience is a strong plus).
- Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in ERP systems and financial modeling in MS Excel.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, high ethical standards, and excellent communication skills.
