🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations (A/P, A/R, G/L)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Conduct internal audits and resolve discrepancies
Assist in tax filings and ensure timely regulatory compliance
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit
Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
Supervise and develop junior accounting staff
Handle additional financial tasks and special projects as required
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s in Accounting, CA, ACCA, ICMA, or related field (CPA preferred)
Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and MS Excel
Strong grasp of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and attention to detail
