We are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within the logistics industry and be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee and manage daily accounting operations
✅ Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
✅ Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
✅ Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
✅ Reconcile accounts and manage accounts payable/receivable
✅ Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial reviews
✅ Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance within the logistics industry (mandatory)
✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws
✔ Experience in budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting
✔ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
