Position: Accounts & Finance Officer
Location: Lahore
Company: The Imperial Electric Co.

Responsibilities:
• Liaison with banks for all banking-related matters.
• Bank reconciliation and daily transaction review.
• Business partner / vendor reconciliations.
• Processing daily payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Monthly sales tax return filing.
• Hands-on experience with digital invoicing.
• Preparation and filing of quarterly WHT statements, Annual withholding tax & employer statements.
• Petty cash handling and controls.
• Bookkeeping of all types of vouchers.
• Timely AR invoicing and follow-ups with customers.

Requirements:
• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software, Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
