Accounts & Finance Manager

Description:

A well-established listed company in Pakistan is looking for a highly skilled Accounts & Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of IFRS, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Financial Reporting & Compliance – Ensure timely preparation of financial statements as per IFRS and regulatory requirements.
✔ Accounts Closing & Ledger Management – Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to SECP, PSX, FBR, and other governing bodies.
✔ Audit & Taxation – Coordinate with external auditors and manage corporate tax filings, sales tax, and withholding tax.
✔ Financial Planning & Analysis – Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports for strategic decision-making.
✔ ERP & Software Management – Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (Oracle E-Business Suite experience is a plus).
✔ Team Leadership – Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

✔ Qualification: CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
✔ Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a listed manufacturing company.
✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation laws, and Companies Act in Pakistan.
✔ Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel (Oracle E-Business Suite experience is an advantage).
✔ Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
