Core Responsibilities

• Auction all email with minimum response time
• Regularly coordinate with vendors for the bills when shipments are
• Processing invoices and reconciling vendor statements
• Verifying accuracy of documentation and approvals for payment
• Resolving invoice discrepancies and collaborating with departments for resolution
• Responding to vendor inquiries and assisting with vendor management
• Ensuring timely payment of invoices to meet vendor payment terms
• Continuously improving AP processes through technology and process improvement initiatives
• Regularly maintaining google sheets
   

The Skill Set

• Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
• Graduates / Undergraduates in accounting or related field are highly preferred (experience in logistics or transportation operations is a plus)
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Can handle overseas customers over the call
• Problem-solving skills, Decision making ability
• Familiar with basics of Ms Excel - Can understand and analyse data
