Accounts Assistant

 

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Accounting Assistant based in Bahawalpur who is not only well-versed in accounting and Pakistan tax laws but also confident in handling social media, emails, and telephone communication to approach companies and generate new clients for our bookkeeping, tax, and audit services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare and file returns under Pakistan tax regulations (Income Tax, Sales Tax, etc.).
  • Handle client communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
  • Manage and grow Finovate’s social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Actively approach companies and professionals for business leads.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect documents and ensure timely compliance.
  • Prepare reports for management and support audit procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Bahawalpur.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / MBA preferred).
  • Knowledge of Pakistan tax laws (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Urdu and English).
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients via email and calls.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing skills.
