IdeasUnlimited is a global BPO, providing business process support services to clients all over the world. We are a US-based company, and we are looking to hire an Accounts and Marketing Executive to work remotely for us. This is a long-term, stable, career-level, and remote (work from home or a remote location) opportunity for the right individual.
MAIN JOB DUTIES:
- Provide support for project coordination.
- Content Writing (Business Proposals, Business Briefs, Government Bids, Business Reports, Articles and Blogs, etc.).
- Support in resolving project-related issues between clients and workers.
- Assist in project trainings as per requirement.
- Assistance in current client interviews.
- Create documents including proposals, business plans, government bidding and other strategic documents.
- Social Media Management:
a) Adding active clients to the relevant social media profiles.
b) Engaging with active and potential clients consistently.
c) Posting on the relevant profiles regularly.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in communication, marketing, or business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English Language.
- Demonstrated experience in providing assistance with project coordination, client management, training, and issue resolution.
- Experienced in social media management, with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
- Proficient in Content Writing (Business Proposals, Business Briefs, Government Bids, Business Reports, Articles, and Blogs, etc.).
- Prior working experience in either a call center or staffing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience with international client based out of the USA, Canada, and Europe.
- Good understanding of call center and BPO terminologies, i.e., VOIP, Customer Support Agent, QA, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.
OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:
1) Quiet place.
2) Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
3) A headphone with a microphone (preferably a noise-canceling one).
4) Reliable computer device (at least 8 GB RAM).
5) Power and internet backup (if needed).
