Hayat Kimya Palistan Pvt Ltd is looking for ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:

To receive and deal with financial queries and enquiries from departments and HQ

To monitor procedures in respect of checking and authorizing accounts for payment, as part of the finance team

To contribute to the analysis of financial information, preparing reports and making recommendations is for corrective course of action, in liaison with line managers

To provide support to line manager on the day to day operation of all financial information system

Weekly Cash Flow / Daily Bank Reports/ Monthly Capex Reports/ Monthly direct Cash Flow

Banks reconciliations

Supervise the eduction of WHT tax from all payments.

Coordinating the external audits of financial statements

Management of accounts payables and receivable.

Coordinating with the Vendors for the issue Resolving

To ensure the timely deposit of Tax to Govt. and filing of tax returns.

Payments of Employees against reimbursement of Monthly Expenses.

Postings of import Payments and Receipts from HQ.

Reconciliations with local & foreign Vendors

Liaison with Banks

Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

Support month-end and yeat end close process

Provide input into department's goal setting process

Prepare financial statement

Statements and produce budget according to schedule

Perform other duties whenever required and assigned

Key Requirements.

Proven working experience of 3-5 years of handling accounts receivable/ payable in Manufacturing/FMCG Industry.

Having good experience of SAP (active SAP A1/54 HANA) + Advanced computer skills on MS Office.

Not Active SAP user of SAP A1/$4 HANA, will not be contacted."

Excellent English writing & speaking skills.

High attention to detail & accuracy.

Qualificaion : Masters (Finance)/ ACMA/ ACCA
