✨ Your role✨

You will play a crucial role in managing the accounts and analytics of the business while leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a blend of accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to support the company's financial health and growth.

You will wear many hats at the startup as the business evolves and the team grows.

✨ Your responsibilities ✨

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Streamline and optimize expense tracking processes.
• Implement cost control measures to ensure financial sustainability.
• Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to manage inventory accounting.
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and analyses.
• Support company-wide KPI’s and support reporting to investors/board.
• Identify opportunities and continue building & improving processes for accounting and finance with businssess growth

• Self-driven, analytical, independent, detail-oriented, structured
• Experience/Degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of practical work experience
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and analytics/AI tools
• Comfortable working in the US Eastern Time Zone
• Excited about learning new things and working in a fast-paced environment
