Description:
DOSTSOL Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting activities in QuickBooks Online (QBO), reconciling accounts, and supporting monthly financial reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Record and maintain financial transactions, including sales, expenses, bills, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Generate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Monitor and categorize expenses to ensure accurate accounting records.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and financial queries.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good English communication skills.
