Accountant/admin Manager

 

Description:

Hashe Computer Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Accountant / Admin Manager to efficiently manage financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, banking, taxation, procurement, record-keeping, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance:

  • Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Conduct bank visits for transactions, deposits, and other financial matters.
  • Handle tax-related matters, including filings and compliance.
  • Maintain financial records, invoices, and billing documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.

Administrative & Procurement:

  • Source and negotiate quotations from vendors.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage office and household staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain administrative and financial records systematically.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Google sheets, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of payroll, taxation, and budgeting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
