Description:
Hashe Computer Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Accountant / Admin Manager to efficiently manage financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, banking, taxation, procurement, record-keeping, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance:
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Conduct bank visits for transactions, deposits, and other financial matters.
- Handle tax-related matters, including filings and compliance.
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and billing documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.
Administrative & Procurement:
- Source and negotiate quotations from vendors.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Manage office and household staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain administrative and financial records systematically.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Google sheets, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of payroll, taxation, and budgeting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
