Accountant With Expertise In Quickbooks

Description:

We're seeking an experienced Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger

- Create and send timely, accurate invoices to clients

- Track and follow up on payments, manage accounts receivable

- Process and record payments.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of accounting experience

- Expert-level QuickBooks knowledge

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
