Accountant

Description:

We specialise in bookkeeping, VAT preparation and submissions, year-end accounts and corporation tax, and management accounts. We are partners with the leading platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, FreeAgent, and Sage. Led by qualified accountants (ACCA, IFAs, CPAs) with over 10 years of UK accounting experience, the team delivers accurate, confidential, and deadline-driven support under the client firm’s brand.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records for UK clients.

• Perform bank reconciliations and clean up historical accounting data.

• Work with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, FreeAgent, and Sage.

• Prepare VAT workings and assist with VAT submissions.

• Support the preparation of year-end accounts and corporation tax working papers.

• Assist with management accounts and month-end closing processes.

• Coordinate with UK clients regarding accounting queries and documentation.

• Ensure confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively as part of the team.

Qualification:

Part-qualified ACCA, ACMA, M.com
