Description:
Switcher Techno is looking for a highly skilled Accountant / ERP Functional Consultant with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in accounting and ERP software. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client business workflows, provide training, and help customers effectively use our ERP software.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
- ACCA / CA Inter candidates will be a plus
Required Skills
Candidate must have practical knowledge of:
- Complete Accounting Cycle
- Financial Statements & Reporting
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
- General Ledger & Bank Reconciliation
- Inventory Accounting
- VAT / Tax concepts
- ERP workflows and business processes
Software knowledge required:
- QuickBooks
- Peachtree / Sage 50
- Tally ERP
- Odoo ERP
- MS Excel (Advanced)
Job Responsibilities
- Train customers on how to use ERP and accounting modules
- Understand customer business requirements and accounting workflows
- Resolve customer accounting-related queries and software issues
- Guide clients regarding best accounting practices inside ERP
- Support ERP implementation and onboarding
- Assist customers in setup of Chart of Accounts, ledgers, vouchers, inventory, and reports
- Coordinate with technical team for issue resolution and feature improvements
- Provide remote or on-site software demonstrations and training sessions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to explain complex accounting concepts in simple language
- Problem-solving mindset
- Customer dealing experience preferred
- ERP implementation/support experience is a big plus
