🔎 Position Overview
CareBR is looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Receivables (AR) Specialist with strong expertise in Medical Billing – Part B. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance claims, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on outstanding insurance claims (Part B)
Work on denials management and appeals
Verify and analyze insurance benefits & payer guidelines
Identify and resolve claim issues, rejections, and underpayments
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of AR activities
Communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding claim status
Ensure maximum reimbursement with minimum aging
✅ Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of AR experience in Medical Billing (Part B mandatory)
Strong understanding of insurance benefits, EOBs, and payer policies
Hands-on experience with denial management & claim follow-ups
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently during night shift hours
