Description:
East River is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage client relationships, lead digital campaigns, and ensure high-quality delivery across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage client briefs and communicate them clearly to Creative, Strategy, Content, and Performance Media teams
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns aligned with client objectives
- Proofread and quality-check all content to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines before client sharing
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts (e.g., production, web/app development) under the guidance of the Group Account Manager
- Take ownership of assigned brands and ensure internal alignment across teams
- Schedule and manage social media postings for assigned brands
- Coordinate with community managers and support crisis management when required
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Compile pitch decks from relevant departments and present them to clients when required
- Train and supervise Account Managers / Executives on client account management
Requirements
- Graduate from an HEC-recognized or foreign university
- Degree in Marketing or Media Sciences preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent client servicing, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
