Description:

A leading advertising agency is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join its client servicing team. The Account Manager will be the key point of contact for clients and will ensure the delivery of outstanding service and seamless project execution. This role demands strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of client relationships, understand their objectives, and guide project development from initiation through to execution. This includes overseeing creative brief development, campaign planning, budget management, and performance evaluation. The Account Manager will be expected to deliver insight-driven recommendations, support campaign strategy formulation, and drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with media, production, and creative teams to ensure all project deliverables meet brand standards and timelines. Financial accountability includes preparing budgets, monitoring profitability, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-functional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main contact for client communications and relationship building

  • Understand client objectives and proactively offer tailored solutions

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage client projects from brief to delivery

  • Ensure smooth workflows by handling timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Strategic Planning:

  • Work with clients and internal teams to define marketing goals and strategy

  • Use data insights to drive decision-making and performance improvements

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project execution

  • Provide consistent project updates to clients and manage expectations

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and oversee budgets, ensuring projects remain financially on track

  • Monitor account profitability and seek upselling opportunities

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an advertising agency

  • Proven success in building client relationships and managing multiple projects

  • Deep understanding of marketing and advertising fundamentals

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
