Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in DHA Phase 6, Karāchi for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing business opportunities. The Account Manager will also oversee project management and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to clients and aligning client objectives with Asteriks Digital's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital marketing solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Understand the unique needs of each client, both local and international, and develop customized digital marketing strategies.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Expand client base through networking and partnerships.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Analyze market conditions and competitor data.
- Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Oversee budgeting, billing, and invoicing processes. Ensure financial goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role, preferably in the tech or digital marketing sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Urdu.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for data analysis.
