Account Executive

 

Description:

We are a small, but fast-growing company based in London. We specialise in working with local authorities, delivering energy-efficient home upgrades for those who need them most. Due to substantial growth over the previous 12 months, we now require an Account Executive to join us on a full-time basis.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with ambition and drive, who desires to progress within the company. The successful candidate will receive full training from our UK staff members ensuring you are provided with the right foundation to succeed in this role.

 

Role details

 

  • ECO Administrative duties such as typing, copying, data input, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Liaising with external funders regarding allocations, targets, submissions, and queries for funding agents.
  • Ensure ECO submissions are compliant with the Ofgem rules and regulations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure all information is provided for submission.
  • Meeting internal and external deadlines.
  • Investigate and resolve any compliance submission issues.
  • Answering and dealing with telephone and e-mail inquiries.
  • Maintaining filing systems – electronic and manual.
  • Preparing installer work packs.
  • Processing and submitting completed install paperwork.
  • Proactively manage any funder queries and or remedial works.
  • Assist and support senior staff members in the office.

 

Key skills

 

  • Proficient in English Language: reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Knowledge of ECO Energy Company Obligation (ECO) - preferred.
  • Knowledge of general administrative procedures.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Outlook, Access, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Good typing and keyboard skills with an excellent level of spelling and grammar.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or where required, autonomously and follow instructions.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks - demonstration of accuracy is essential.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task - candidate must be confident and efficient when handling a variety of different responsibilities.
  • Strict adherence to deadlines - essential.
