Account Executive

 

Description:

Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our SaaS product, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for our SaaS product.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct product demos for potential clients, showcasing the value and features of our SaaS solution.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers or Technical Sales Representatives when necessary for more complex demos.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Relay client feedback to the product and engineering teams to help drive product enhancements.
  • Stay updated on product developments and updates to effectively sell the latest features.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to network and promote the product.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in SaaS sales or a related sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
