Description:

Ping Prepay is seeking a client-focused and growth-oriented Account Manager (AM) to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic account management.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, manage contract renewals, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, provide regular updates, and present performance reports.
  • Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Support to enhance service delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Monitor account performance, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to maximize client value and revenue.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and account management systems
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
