We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced Sales Account Executive (minimum 2 years of proven sales-closing experience) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Set appointments with qualified prospects and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Confidently present, negotiate, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Consistently follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
- Deliver exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Experience in appointment setting and managing a personal sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to set ambitious goals and consistently achieve or exceed them.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Experience managing and growing a book of business.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
