Account Director

Description:

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading key client relationships while ensuring the agency consistently delivers strategic thinking, creative excellence, and flawless execution. You will be expected to grow client partnerships, develop your team, and contribute towards the overall growth of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic relationships with key clients and become their trusted business partner

• Drive integrated 360° campaigns across TV, Digital, Print, OOH, Experiential and other communication platforms

• Provide strategic direction to internal teams by converting business challenges into clear communication briefs

• Lead, mentor and develop Client Service Managers and Account Executives, creating a culture of ownership and accountability

• Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Digital, Production and Media teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute towards new business opportunities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the highest creative and execution standards

• Lead client presentations, annual planning sessions, campaign reviews and strategic discussions

• Build long-term partnerships through trust, consistency and value creation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a leading advertising agency

• Proven experience managing large national or international brands

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, integrated marketing, campaign planning and consumer behavior

• Demonstrated experience leading 360° campaigns from strategy through execution

• Excellent client management, negotiation and presentation skills

• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to identify business growth opportunities

• Experience leading, mentoring and developing client service teams

• Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
