About Increase Rev:

Increase Rev is a growing digital ad network helping publishers maximize their ad revenue through smart ad monetization and AI-assisted operations. We’re looking for a motivated Account Coordinator to support our team, learn the ad tech ecosystem, and grow with the company.

Role Overview:

As an Account Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our publisher operations team. You will support portfolio management, ensure smooth ad operations, track dashboards, and assist in reporting and optimizations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, and for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ad operations, or client support.

Responsibilities:

Support the team in publisher operations and portfolio management
Track dashboards and ad performance (GAM, Google Analytics, reporting tools)
Follow up with publishers to ensure ad creatives, tags, and updates are implemented
Report anomalies or revenue drops to the manager
Assist in minor ad optimizations and upsell suggestions
Maintain organized records of communications and publisher data

Requirements:

Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ad operations, client support, or analytics preferred
Good understanding of digital advertising, ad formats, or willingness to learn quickly
Strong organizational and communication skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

Compensation & Growth:

Base Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 PKR/month
Commission: 2–3% symbolic on portfolio improvements
Clear growth path: Coordinator → Account Manager (6–12 months)
