Responsible for handling all technical problems in running projects and devices under maintenance, achieving customer acceptance / satisfaction through high performance and quality of services.
Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor and above (Major in Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Communications and Networking, etc.) Skills: Strong and motivated, responsible and initiative personality Solution focused Customer focused and good communication skills Open minded Familiar with Xdsl, Voice(SIP,H.248) , GPON protocols. Familiar with Access product DSLAM , MSAN and OLT. Familiar with PPP, DHCP and triple play. Knowledge of Huawei IP devices. Strong troubleshooting skills (able to analyze debug outputs and logs) Language Language Skills: Fluency in English (Reading/Writing/Speaking)

Minimum 5 years relevant experience on Fixed Access carrier network
