3d Visualizer (kitchen, Wardrobes & Interiors)

Our design team is looking for a creative and passionate candidate to join us as a 3D Visualizer in our HQ in Main Boulevard DHA. The ideal candidate will hold meetings and propose different design proposals for doors, wardrobes, kitchens interiors to clients that exceed their expectations. Our designer needs to be innovative and willing to experiment with new ideas to help clients come up with out of the box ideas depending on their requirement. As a designer, you will have full knowledge of Legno Home’s products so you can guide the clients through the design process.You will be responsible for creating attractive layouts for the kitchen, wardrobe and interior designs primarily on your software.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage Design Layout tasks promptly.

• Ensuring the design speaks visually.

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.

• Keep records of all communication about design layouts in a comprehensible way.

• Meet orders deadline within the described timeframe.

• Staying updated with the latest trends in design.

• Supervising and accomplishing other tech-related tasks.

• Modelling of projects in the highest possible level of detail.

• Modelling of a project from 2D CAD drawings

• Coordination with the Associate Animator in case of deliverables and troubleshooting.

• Should be creative enough to do renderings according to international market standards.

• Understanding the design requirements.

Abilities

• Pro level knowledge of Architectural drawings and model making in wider range of softwares, preferably 3Ds Max.

• Should be flexible enough to stay updated with new software and rendering engines.

• Proficiency in layout and graphic designing software

• Familiarity with Business ethics.

• Passion for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in kitchen and wardrobe/ architectural rendering/modeling

• Good knowledge of 3D package.

• Certification in 3D renderings/3D Modelling (Optional)

• Demonstrable portfolio of excellent 3D work in the field of architecture and product design.

• Good creative thinking and creative visualization skills.

• Background in architecture is preferred but not compulsory.

• One of the following of more: 3Ds Max, Maya, Lumion, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Corona, Vray, Photoshop

• Strong design aesthetic
