RESPONSIBILITY:
• Develop high quality 3D models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Create photorealistic renderings and animations for marketing materials, websites, and client presentations.
• Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to produce compelling visual content that effectively communicates project vision.
• Generate conceptual visuals, aerial perspectives, and walkthroughs for pre-launch and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all 3D files are optimized, organized, and aligned with company quality standards.
• Continuously refine outputs based on feedback from senior designers and project leads.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably within the real estate or architectural design industry.
• Strong command of 3ds Max and V-Ray for modeling, lighting, and rendering.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and presentation enhancements.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and translate them into accurate 3D representations.
• Excellent sense of composition, lighting, and material realism.
• A portfolio showcasing real estate visualization work is mandatory.
