Description:
We are a newly established design services startup based in Pakistan, delivering premium 3D rendering and 2D drafting solutions to international clients. As we expand, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team and bring design concepts to life through photorealistic renders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D interior and exterior visualizations based on conceptual designs and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with designers and draughtsman/draftsman to ensure visual accuracy and consistency across projects.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation visuals when required.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3ds Max (Corona Renderer or V-Ray), SketchUp, and Photoshop and Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency in using various software tools is a plus (e.g., [mention specific software if relevant])
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photorealistic 3D rendering.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, and interior space planning.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience is preferred.
