Description:

The 3D Designer role at Webbuggs is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role involves designing and developing high-quality 3D assets and environments for web, mobile, and game projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and brand guidelines. The 3D Designer will collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to translate concepts and storyboards into visually compelling 3D experiences. Daily tasks include modeling, texturing, lighting, and basic animation, as well as optimizing assets for performance and cross-platform compatibility. The role also includes participating in design reviews, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining consistent visual standards across multiple projects.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for characters, environments, and props.
• Proficiency in Lighting and basic Animation to enhance visual storytelling and user experience.
• Solid foundation in Graphic Design principles, including composition, color, and typography.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Ability to optimize 3D assets for real-time applications, games, and web/mobile experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D work relevant to digital products, games, or interactive experiences.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal) and basic understanding of pipelines is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving client requirements.
