Description:

We are hiring a 3D Animator (Full-Time) at AlgoMinds LLC, located in Lahore with remote options available. We are expanding our creative team and seeking a skilled and passionate individual to work on innovative and high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create expressive, high-quality 3D animations that convey emotion, personality, and storytelling impact.
- Develop and maintain complex character rigs for smooth and natural motion.
- Animate detailed scenes including environments, props, and visual effects.
- Ensure animation consistency aligned with artistic and technical direction.
- Optimize animation assets for real-time performance or final rendering.
- Design high-impact motion graphics for promotional and marketing content.
- Deliver projects within production timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a 3D Animator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating character performance and motion graphics expertise.
- Expert-level proficiency in Blender, Maya, Unity, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, and Unreal Engine.
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, weight, anticipation).
- Experience with rigging, skinning, blend shapes, and 3D production workflows.
- Ability to adapt between stylized and realistic animation styles.
- Capability to work independently (for remote role) and collaboratively within a team.
